TASTING NOTES

This outstanding wine has a beautiful picota cherry color, with garnet rims.
On the nose it is very powerful and complex, highlighting the maturity of the grape with fruity aromas (prunes) and toasted aromas (roasted coffee, toffee) of the wood that embraces the wine, it has a mineral background (flint and slate) and spicy tones (cinnamon, pepper and some vanilla), menthol, woods and aromatic herbs (sandalwood and thyme).
On the palate it is elegant, tasty, very fruity, well-assembled in body with noble tannins and pleasant, consistent power, very expressive with sensations of fresh black fruit and compote, cocoa, English chocolate, aromatic herbs, coffee beans, broad and very persistent. In short, it is a great wine, a faithful representative of our "terroir" to be consumed now and in many years to come.
